Refund & Return Policy (English)
At Bookora, we sell digital products (ebooks / PDF files) that are delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because our products are digital and downloadable, they cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products — No Returns
Since our ebooks and PDF files are digital and delivered immediately, there is no physical item to return. Once the file has been sent to your email, the sale is considered complete.
2. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
We want you to be satisfied. You may request a refund in the following situations:
- You did not receive your file — you completed payment but never received the ebook/PDF (and it is not in your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder).
- The file is corrupted or unreadable — the PDF cannot be opened or is damaged, and we are unable to provide a working copy.
- You received the wrong product — the file delivered is different from what you ordered.
- Duplicate payment — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Provided
- You changed your mind after receiving the file.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake but already downloaded it.
- The content did not meet your personal expectations (please review the product description before buying).
- You do not have a compatible device or software to open a standard PDF.
- You already accessed or downloaded the file successfully.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the order.
- A clear description of the problem (screenshots help).
Send this to support@bookorabd.com. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g. SSLCommerz, bKash), it may take several business days for the amount to appear.

If you have any trouble receiving or opening your file, please contact us before requesting a refund — in most cases we can quickly re-send the file or provide a working copy.

রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি (বাংলা)
Bookora-তে আমরা ডিজিটাল পণ্য (ইবুক / PDF ফাইল) বিক্রি করি, যা কেনার পর সাথে সাথে ইমেইলে পাঠানো হয়। যেহেতু আমাদের পণ্য ডিজিটাল ও ডাউনলোডযোগ্য, তাই এগুলো ফিজিক্যাল পণ্যের মতো “ফেরত” দেওয়া যায় না। কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই নীতি ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
১. ডিজিটাল পণ্য — রিটার্ন নেই
যেহেতু আমাদের ইবুক ও PDF ফাইল ডিজিটাল এবং সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারি হয়, তাই ফেরত দেওয়ার মতো কোনো ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য নেই। ফাইল আপনার ইমেইলে পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে বিক্রি সম্পন্ন বলে গণ্য হয়।
২. কখন আপনি রিফান্ড পেতে পারেন
আমরা চাই আপনি সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। নিচের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন:
- ফাইল পাননি — পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করেছেন কিন্তু ইবুক/PDF পাননি (এবং তা Spam/Junk/Promotions ফোল্ডারেও নেই)।
- ফাইল নষ্ট বা খোলা যাচ্ছে না — PDF খোলা যাচ্ছে না বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, এবং আমরা কার্যকর কপি দিতে অক্ষম।
- ভুল পণ্য পেয়েছেন — যে ফাইল ডেলিভারি হয়েছে তা আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্য থেকে ভিন্ন।
- ডাবল পেমেন্ট — একই অর্ডারের জন্য ভুলবশত একাধিকবার চার্জ হয়েছে।
৩. কখন রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না
- ফাইল পাওয়ার পর মত পরিবর্তন করেছেন।
- ভুল করে ভুল পণ্য কিনেছেন কিন্তু ইতিমধ্যে ডাউনলোড করে ফেলেছেন।
- কন্টেন্ট আপনার ব্যক্তিগত প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করেনি (কেনার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ পড়ুন)।
- স্ট্যান্ডার্ড PDF খোলার উপযুক্ত ডিভাইস বা সফটওয়্যার আপনার নেই।
- আপনি ইতিমধ্যে সফলভাবে ফাইল অ্যাক্সেস বা ডাউনলোড করেছেন।
৪. কীভাবে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করবেন
রিফান্ড পেতে, কেনার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে নিচের তথ্যসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন:
- আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর।
- অর্ডারে ব্যবহৃত ইমেইল ঠিকানা।
- সমস্যার স্পষ্ট বিবরণ (স্ক্রিনশট দিলে সুবিধা হয়)।
এটি পাঠান support@bookorabd.com-এ। আমরা আপনার অনুরোধ পর্যালোচনা করে যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ের মধ্যে সাড়া দেব।
৫. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
আপনার রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, তা আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। আপনার ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার (যেমন SSLCommerz, bKash) অনুযায়ী টাকা ফিরে আসতে কয়েক কর্মদিবস লাগতে পারে।
৬. ডেলিভারিতে সমস্যা? আগে যোগাযোগ করুন
ফাইল পেতে বা খুলতে কোনো সমস্যা হলে, রিফান্ড চাওয়ার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন — বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে আমরা দ্রুত ফাইল পুনরায় পাঠাতে বা কার্যকর কপি দিতে পারি।
